As a professional from the banking world, I regularly attend functions, networking events, conferences and various business meetings. It goes without saying that making not just a good, but great impression everywhere I go, is crucial for my personal brand. Same applies to several of my colleagues from various business channels who attended the seminar I organized with Erin Crotty as the Subject Matter Expert.  The seminar “Business Etiquette – Outclass the Competition” added an incredible value to our skillset. I began applying the knowledge immediately and noticed the difference in how people open up to me, undoubtedly feeling comfortable speaking to someone who truly listens. Who knew that some tweaking in handshake, posture, and proper eye contact could change so much!?
